How long does it take to receive a response?
Within 48 business hours by email. Our team takes the time to read each request before replying, so that the very first exchange is already helpful.
Can I modify my request after submitting it?
Of course. As long as we haven’t approved the quote together, everything can be modified: color, budget, competition date, and level of complexity.
When does the manufacturing lead time begin?
Starting from approval of the sketch and payment of the deposit (30%). Before that, we are in the consultation and design phase. Allow two to three weeks, depending on the back-and-forth.
What if the leotard doesn’t fit when I try it on?
If the error is on our part, we will correct it free of charge. If the discrepancy results from the measurements provided, adjustment fees may apply. Details of our policy here.
Why only a few creations per month?
Because every piece passes through the same hands in the same workshop. Beyond a certain quantity, quality begins to slip. It’s a choice, not a constraint.
